Toyota CHR

The C-HR has a distinctive shape and a more enclosed feel than the tall, square kei cars. It is a good candidate for a couple who care about the car itself as part of the trip, as well as getting from one place to another.

The turquoise body stands out, and the compact crossover format works for a route that moves between towns, the coast and inland stops.

The main point to consider is the view from the back. The rear windows are small and sit within a high body line, so passengers in the second row can feel more enclosed. If watching the scenery is a big part of your holiday, try the rear seat or compare it with a Vezel.

For a couple using the front seats, that compromise may matter much less. For a family or adults in the back every day, passenger comfort deserves as much attention as the exterior design.

This is the turquoise CBB 2555 C-HR. The supplied photographs show its exterior and the small rear side-window area. Automatic transmission and air conditioning are listed in the current vehicle details.

Before you leave, try the seating position and check the view through the mirrors and over your shoulder. Have the parking assistance fitted to this car demonstrated, and connect your phone while parked.
